About Certified Gutters
How a roofing operation grew a gutter business that holds a Florida General Contractor's license.
We didn't start as a gutter company.
Certified Gutters was born out of a roofing company. Warren spent about a decade installing gutters on every roof his crew worked — you can't really finish a roof without finishing the way water gets off it. When there was enough gutter work to stand on its own, he and Lynette made it a separate business.
The name isn't an accident. "Certified" is shorthand for the Florida Certified Building Contractor license. Most gutter contractors in this state are hanging gutters with a ladder and a pickup truck — no license to do so. We hold one because it shows in the work: properly pitched runs, hangers spaced for the load, sealed seams, downspouts that actually drain. Details that decide whether your gutters last five years or twenty.
We're family-owned, 15 years of roofing and gutter experience, working from Boca Raton to Melbourne. Gutter work that's actually certified — by a Florida Certified Building Contractor.
A family business
Faith and family come first for Warren and Lynette — that grounds the way they run the business. Showing up when we said we would. Doing what we said we'd do. Standing behind it after.
Built on God.
Dedicated to Family.
Trusted by Customers.
What that means for you
- The install is actually finished when we leave. Properly pitched runs, downspouts where they belong, seams that hold. The kind of work you don't have to call us back about in two years.
- You have recourse if something goes wrong. Licensed contractors carry insurance, file with the state, and answer to the DBPR. That's a different conversation than chasing an uninsured ladder guy.
- You're not dealing with a corporate dispatcher. Family-owned means you reach the people doing the work.
- You'll understand what you're buying. We walk you through the work, the materials, and what the number covers. Most contractors don't bother — we think you should know what your money's getting.
