Fort Pierce is right up US-1 from our Port St. Lucie base, and outside PSL it's where we do the most work — dozens of homes and counting. That ranges from the older neighborhoods in the historic part of town, where mature trees and original fascia boards make gutter work a careful job, to newer builds out west where the gutters are going up for the first time.

Fort Pierce is the oldest city on the Treasure Coast, and its housing shows the whole range — older homes with decades-old gutters and shaded lots full of mature oaks, next to newer construction that never had gutters installed at all.
On older homes the gutter is often fine but the wood behind it is not — fascia that has taken on water for years is the most common thing we find once we get up on the ladder.
How we handle it
We look at the whole roofline before we quote anything — gutter, fascia, and where the water actually goes when it comes down. You get an honest read on what's worth fixing and what's worth replacing.
For homes without gutters, we build seamless aluminum runs sized to the roof, with downspouts placed so Florida rain ends up away from the slab instead of pooling against it. Under heavy trees, we install gutter guards so the system keeps working without twice-a-year ladder trips.
